Once we receive your returned item/s and it is accepted by our return department, your refund or new item will be processed in 2 business days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be inspected by our Return department. Please note that items showing any signs of wear, altered, resized (by any jeweler), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns without return authorization, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused.

Preparing your Return Package:

1. Email at return@shirindiamondcenter.net to obtain a Return Authorization Number.  Properly write it on your return package.

2. Please return all the material you have receive from us to get full refund or credit.  Please write SDC instead of Shirin Diamond Center for security purpose.

3.  Insure your package for the full amount, as Shirin Diamond Center is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
